Where do I start?

Hello there!

My name is Autumn. I'm guessing that if you're here, you're either a provider looking up my fax number (541-975-9178), or you're looking around for therapists. In the second case, I suspect you may be exhausted from reading bios and making phone calls. I admire the amount of work you’ve done towards finding someone to support you in your mental health journey.

And that is how I see this work. You are the expert of your own life, so I offer my own experience and education as a way of helping you accomplish the goals you have for yourself. It’s okay if you aren’t quite sure what those goals are yet or how to get there. We can figure that out together!

Interested in getting started? Go ahead and click the button below for next steps. Want a little more information first? Totally get it. Go ahead and poke around the website for a bit (there's a button that will play some music I wrote if you want some sonic company while you do). See if we might be a good match, and trust your instincts.

Also feel free to use my contacts page to reach out with any questions. If I don't hear from you, I wish you the best of luck in your efforts. I'm sure you're going to do amazing. If I do hear from you, I'm excited to see how I can support you as you do wonderful things. Until then, take care!

Next Steps

I practice telehealth from an office within the traditional homelands of the Marys River or Ampinefu Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western and coastal Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon (https://grandronde.org) and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians (https://ctsi.nsn.us).

Land acknowledgements are not sufficient to address the problems that living Native people in our communities face. They do not wipe our hands clean or signal that we are "good" people. We need to seek out and do the work. Here's one place you can learn how: nativegov.org/news/beyond-land-acknowledgment-guide.
